The album is a four-part concept album which documents Wright's then-wife Mildred's battle with depression, it's the last studio recodings from Rick, the tracks used in Pink Floyd's "The Endless River" was early recorded and re-worked. Considering Zee, this is the third album by Rick out of Pink Floyd.
